A picture is worth a thousand words

A picture is worth a thousand words is an idiom referring to the notion that a complex idea can be conveyed in a single picture. The author of Freakonomics reported that the original saying was actually “a picture is worth ten thousand words”. Either phrase might give a blogger pause. I would venture to assume that most bloggers agree a successful blog consists of both; engaging words and pictures. As newbie bloggers, we are appreciative of the kind and supportive responses we have received. Comments have been extremely positive with the dreaded addition of the word “but”… quoting: “I love it, BUT more pictures please”. So, here you go…pictures…

The photo on the right gives a visual of what the entire house looked like. Every area was covered with junk.
