    I anticipate you have heard the question “if a tree falls in the forest and there is no one there to hear it, does it make a sound?”  The answer varies from person-to-person.     Yes, its true, my husband has really nice pecs. Before you laugh or gasp, please let me correct my spelling, my husband has really nice PEX. PEX is cross-linked polyethylene. Paul removed all the old galvanized water pipes and PVC/CPVC that was added to the house years ago. He installed PEX piping, which is predominantly utilized for modern plumbing. The highlight of the new set-up is the plumbing manifold; a plumbing manifold is analogous to an electrical breaker panel.     A picture is worth a thousand words is an idiom referring to the notion that a complex idea can be conveyed in a single picture. The author of Freakonomics reported that the original saying was actually “a picture is worth ten thousand words”. Either phrase might give a blogger pause. I would venture to assume that most bloggers agree a successful blog consists of both; engaging words and pictures.     Framing up a new season and new bath

    Oh, how invigorating the bright light of the sun can be. The temperatures suggest I slip on my coat as I head out the door, yet I still feel an awakening in my disposition. My heart feels the excitement for what is to come as the sun shines brightly – the beautiful glimmer of the sun’s light through the trees gives hope for the spring that is not far off.
